Intelligent energy management in municipalities
We are pleased to announce that IngSoft GmbH is an official project partner in the new MultiMeter research project at the Future Energy Lab Wunsiedel (FEL).
What is MultiMeter about?
MultiMeter develops data-based and AI-supported models for intelligent energy management in municipalities. The aim is to reveal energy flexibilities in public properties and use them across sectors - for a more efficient energy supply and to stabilise local power grids.
As a partner, we are contributing our many years of expertise in energy management and in the development of our IngSoft InterWatt software to the project. Together with strong partners from research, industry and local authorities, we are working on testing solutions for urgent challenges in energy supply and making them usable in practice.
The project will run from January 2026 to December 2028 and is being funded as part of the German government's 8th Energy Research Programme in the field of electricity grids and electricity storage.
