    Depending on your energy management requirements, you can select the edition with the scope of functions that suits you best.

    Light

    Wherever daily values suffice as the highest resolution, e.g. facility management service providers who want to offer rudimentary energy management as additional service

    Price per month and meter *1: 2,49 €

    Professional

    For higher requirements, e.g. in energy-intensive companies and buildings, whenever a standard-compliant energy management is in use or / and a large number of meters are recorded. The professional edition includes all features of the standard edition and additionally functions for performance indicators incl. multi-dimensional regression and target monitoring, AI-based pattern recognition.

    Enterprise

    For corporations, service providers and anyone who wants to digitally map comprehensive processes in energy, environmental and climate management. The scope of services of the professional edition is enhanced, among other things, by modules for audit-proof utility billing, for the mass setup of pattern recognition and for the setup and billing of sub-licensees; in addition, various languages for user guidance are also supported.

    NEW: Enterprise CCF

    For all large companies that need greenhouse gas figures for sustainability reports: In addition to the full functionality of the Enterprise edition, the Enterprise CCF version provides you with detailed climate reporting functions. This enables comprehensive and flexible data collection as well as reporting on your company's Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF).

    Additional modules

    Due to its exceptional scope of services, IngSoft InterWatt covers most requirements "out of the box" via one of the four editions. For special situations, we also offer additional modules for which a fee is charged.

    Branding

    IngSoft InterWatt with your name, logo and colors; own smartphone app also possible for an additional charge

    Yes, upgrades are possible at any time  by paying the price difference (plus one-time 200 €). Downgrades are technically not possible.

    In general, this is not possible.

    Yes, this is possible:

    • If you have purchase licenses for IngSoft InterWatt, they remain valid. Rental licenses cost the same as in your own data center.
    • Software maintenance for purchase/rental licenses also remains the same.
    • The basic module and the associated software maintenance are omitted.
    • Hosting fees apply, which also include the license for the Microsoft SQL server in the background.
    • For the change including installation and data transfer, a chargeable effort of approx. 1 person day is incurred.

    Yes, this is possible:

    • If you have purchase licenses for IngSoft InterWatt they remain valid. Rental licenses cost the same as in the cloud.
    • The software maintenance for purchase/rental licenses remains the same.
    • You also need a license for the basic module (matching your other licenses as a rental or purchase license) and the associated software maintenance.
    • You also need a sufficient license for the Microsoft SQL server, which you can also obtain from IngSoft.
    • The hosting fees do not apply.
    • For the change including installation and data transfer there is a charge of about 2 person days.

    Yes, it is possible:

    • You can buy the license instead of renting it. This is also possible when purchasing from the cloud.
    • Please note that in case of a purchase license, a software maintenance contract is mandatory for the first two years.
    • Bulk licensing is not possible in the rental variant. In this case, licence purchase is mandatory.

    Yes, software maintenance includes:

    • Security updates: IngSoft InterWatt thrives on its connectivity in all directions. Therefore it is very important that all components and libraries used in IngSoft InterWatt are up to date and also IngSoft InterWatt works together with the latest versions of the components (e.g. latest browser version).
    • Content updates: IngSoft InterWatt is continuously developed – with software maintenance you always have the latest version of the software available.
    • Support: You receive help in case of problems with the software.
    • User support (hourly quota depending on the maintenance fees paid): You receive support for all questions concerning the use of the software from qualified experts.

    Software maintenance is the only way to ensure that you use software that takes into account current standards, laws and technical possibilities. Above all, however, IT security dictates that you only use software that is regularly updated with security patches. Therefore, it is more than advisable to obtain software maintenance. Software maintenance is mandatory in the following constellations:

    • If the software is purchased from the cloud, software maintenance is mandatory.
    • When renting the software, software maintenance is mandatory.
    • When operating purchased licenses in your own data center, software maintenance is mandatory for the first two years.
